I'am not a BSOD analyst, but the CPU is running at high temperatures as it seems (79 °C degrees from the Speccy log), this is quite a long way above the normal operating temps!
I would suggest to take a look at the cooling of this system first. Insufficient heat transfer from the CPU might be the cause of overheating the RAM modules as well.
Normal temps for this CPU are in idle: > 30/40 °C normal usage > 50/60 °C > max 75 °C.
