Server 2016 Standard - Unable to install IIS Tracing Feature

Ran SFCFix Script, followed by SFC can again. No integrity violations were found. Tried installing feature again, but it's still failing with the same error.

Unfortunately I cannot remove IIS as there are multiple sites running on it. Is this the only solution at this point?

Can you check if your account and the system account have permissions on the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys.

The owner of that directory is SYSTEM. Everyone has Read + Write permissions. Administrators group has Full control. My user is part of the Administrators group.

I ended up re-installing IIS as suggested and was then able to install the IIS Trace feature.
