Hello Everyone ^_^,
Recently after upgrading to Windows 10, I noticed that the RuntimeBroker.exe was constantly eating up around 30% of the CPU in constant Read operations (From various Logfiles). This seemed to occur around a minute after booting up and did not stop even after hours. Below is the attached the screenshot of the Task Manager -

What fixed the problem for me are the following steps -

What fixed the problem for me are the following steps -
- Pressed the Start button on my keyboard and then typed in Settings and then clicked on the icon. (See screenshot) -
- Once the Settings opened, I navigated to System->Notifications & Actions.
- I turned off "Show me tips about Windows". So, after turning off, the Settings in my case looked like below screenshot -
- Once you turn that setting off, I immediately saw that the RuntimeBroker.exe was no longer consuming CPU and the CPU dropped to 1% of utilization.
