It got about 75% progress bar and just sat like that for an hour until I cancelled it. The update is was installing and got stuck on was KB947821. I dragged the attached SFCFix.zip file. When I started SURT it popped up to install an update and I clicked ok. It got about 75% progress bar and just sat like that for an hour until I cancelled it. The update is was installing and got stuck on was KB947821.
