Running DISM- CBS MUM Missing Total count 1691

Can anyone help me with this DISM scanhealth log, as I'm not 100% sure what I'm supposed to do with it? I ran DISM because I was having an error installing a window updates, which I needed to get done so I can upgrade to windows 10. Thanks for any help.

Step 1:

  • Download

    SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Attach that file to your next reply.

Step 2:
Start the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
On completion, attach the logfile C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log to your next reply.

I dragged the attached SFCFix.zip file. When I started SURT it popped up to install an update and I clicked ok. It got about 75% progress bar and just sat like that for an hour until I cancelled it. The update is was installing and got stuck on was KB947821.

OK, did step 1 and 2. The SURT took almost 2.5hrs to run, but did say installation complete at the end and attached are the 2 files. Thanks for the help.

Great. Check Windows Update first with Windows 7 and report the result.
 
Actually this is showing up now.

This is still in there from before. Should I do check for updates?

Restart the computer.
Open an elevated command prompt.
Copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each.

Code: 
sfc /scannow
Wait for this to finish before you continue

Code: 
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Zip this file and attach the zipped cbs.txt to your next post.
 
the scan said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

forgot to restart. running scan again. this is correct file now after restart.

Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the DISM tool and provide a log.
  1. Right-click the Start button and click Command prompt(Administrator).
  2. If you get a popup about UserAccountControl, allow the program to run.
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each.

    Code: 
    dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Wait for this to finish before you continue

    Code: 
    copy %windir%\logs\dism\dism.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\dism.txt"
  4. This will create a file, dism.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.
    Note: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Filedropper or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the download link.
