Hello there :)
1) No, you definitely shouldn't try. That partition contains the Boot Manager, Boot Configuration, Windows Recovery Environment and Bitlocker files and keys. Even the smallest amount of damage will stop your computer from booting. Why would you even try to fiddle in there? You can do no good at all and all you will cause is harm to your computer.
2) No, don't delete them either. They are perfectly normal, part of the Volume Shadow Copy Service virtual volumes and a necessary part of Transactional File System (TxF), Transactional Registry (TxR), Windows Update, System Restore, quick MFT search tools and and a whole variety of programs which use them to avoid locked files. Just leave them alone.
Honestly, I would really question your motivations behind this thread. You presumably have a working computer. If you keep fiddling around in the registry and partition tables looking for things to delete, very soon you will not have a working computer.
Just leave it alone and stop looking to delete things. It's beyond silly.
