A brief description of your problem (but you can also include the steps you tried) :
I've been receiving whea uncorrectable error bsod randomly , usually it happened when I was away from the laptop and I've left it without using it. My minidump pointed to GenuineIntel.sys the last few times it happened so today I decided to use driver verifier
to try and locate the issue. The first time I enabled driver verifier the laptop didn't want to boot and it was instantly giving an error pointing to iocbios2. After reading about it I found it it was pointing to XTU Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, I located where I had it installed
and completely removed it from my system. After that I ran driver verifier again and the windows booted this time. After the normal boot it takes 2-3 minutes sitting on desktop and suddenly it crashes again this time pointing to HIDCLASS.SYS. At this point
I couldn't find any fix so I've decided to post here. The most recent logs are from driver verifier BSOD.

Could you please check the following directory and then zip the dump file? You'll need to upload it to a file sharing site such as Google Drive since it will be too large to attach to a forum post.

It seems that someone isn't passing down the IRP properly.

That isn't the correct file, you need to navigate to the %systemroot% directory which is usually C:\Windows\, and then zip up the MEMORY.DMP file. The file should be around 1GB uncompressed and a few hundred MB when it has been zipped hence the need to upload it to file sharing site.

Odd, the dump file says it was generated back in August?

Could you please check what date Windows shows for the MEMORY.DMP file?

Since you're crashing on HIDCLASS.sys, the issue most likely is due to your mouse and/or keyboard driver. Have you ensured that you have latest updates for both?

MEMORY.DMP is dated 29 of August 2021.

I was thinking that it might be mouse/keyboard since I was looking what program starts up when I boot with verifier. And I noticed that my mouse software(which is up to date) starts normally and after that the windows BSODs with HIDCLASS without me ever seeing the keyboard software load. So that made me think it might be keyboard software. Also not to mention my mouse software is up to date but I just checked since you asked and my keyboard is missing software updates. Should I update it fully and then try with driver verifier again and see if I get another HIDCLASS BSOD ?

Okay this is extremely funny and weird. I just updated my keyboard software and it said it needs to restart the computer.
Once the laptop booted up the software for my keyboard didn't turn on and when I tried to find it , it doesn't exist anymore, it literally uninstalled itself lol

It will uninstall itself, however, the installer should have then installed the new version as well. Have you tried running the driver installation package again?

Yeah my DMP settings were completely different, so I changed them as yours.

About the keyboard software, I don't really use the features , I have a few profiles set so I probably won't bother reinstalling it, especially after reading tons of BSOD complains on their forums. Good news is that I'm running driver verifier for 15 hours now without any crash at all.
The only thing left is the random BSOD when I go away from my laptop , but they are so random that I cannot reproduce them, I will just have to wait for them to happen (if they will , maybe this fixed it all)

Is there a problem if we keep this thread open in case I have to come back because of another BSOD ?

I thought they might have been different, I did find it very strange that the MEMORY.DMP was so old, which is why I thought I'll get you to check too to be certain.

That really doesn't surprise me to be honest, for some reason, it's quite common for gaming keyboards and other peripherals to cause crashes.

No, you can keep it open as long as you like, it's your thread :)

Hello , it's me again.

My laptop got another BSOD today I'm uploading the Memory file again.
Let me know if you need anything else or have any idea why it's showing up again.

    Information from resource tables:

It appears that your graphics card driver is causing problems this time. It seems there might possibly be a new update available here. If that doesn't work, then please uninstall the driver using DDU - Utilizing DDU Display Driver Uninstaller Properly

Afterwards, install the driver again. This usually fixes graphics card driver problems.

After full clear installation with DDU , I updated to the newest GPU drivers available.
Today I went to the shop and left the laptop turned on plugged to the monitor with only google chrome running,
when I came back the monitor was asleep and laptop as well.
When I attempted to wake it up the laptop turned on but didn't connect to the monitor after trying to connect it to the monitor again I got a BSOD again.
I will attach the memory dump again, the pattern I notice is the laptop works perfectly fine all of the time , except when I leave it and don't touch it for some period of time,
maybe it is something to do with waking up the GPU.
I have no idea but the BSOD always shows up after I've left the laptop for some time without using it, sometimes it BSODs on its own and restarts before I come back,
sometimes it BSODs when I try to wake it up when I'm back.

Unfortunately, it appears that the graphics card driver is still causing problems. There is a Studio Ready driver available which was released a few days ago. That might be worth trying. According to nVidia, they're meant to be designed for stability.
