The "jcgriff2 BSOD File Collection app " gives the following errors: (possibly because I have moved the location of my documents folder to another driver?):
"
There is a problem with the Environement variables on this system.
Unable to determine the location of the Documents or Desktop folders.

I had to use system restore to boot after the BSOD, and the only minidump I can find seems to be the one generated by an earlier BSOD (the the one that led me to run the driver verifier...
What to do? :)
I have attacted the system health report and the minidump from the previous BSOD /not the one caused by verifier)
Thanks in advance for any and all assistance :)View attachment 771

Hello, and welcome to Sysnative!

I am very sorry that you have problems running the collection device. I will pass this on to the developers of that app.

Thank you for uploading that minidump though, it really helped.

Someone else will be along shortly to give you a full analysis, but since I am here, I will ask one question.

This crash seems to be caused by a Korg MIDI device. Do you still use such a device? If you don't use this device any more, we can simply remove the driver and hope that that solves the problem. If you do still use the device, there is more of a problem. First, you should try to update the driver, if you must still use the device: http://www.korg.co.uk/downloads/driver/dl_driver.asp

So my real question is whether or not you still use this device. Do you have such a device (and which device)? Thanks.

It's a 9F power state failure bugcheck that's pointing to usbhub.sys, so it's more than likely a device connected to a USB port that is using a 3rd party driver (software for the device, etc). In the failure bucket ID - "FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_KORGUM64_IMAGE_usbhub.sys" KORGUM64.sys is the KORG USB-MIDI Driver for Windows. I would recommend either updating this driver from Korg's website, or disconnecting the Korg device and uninstalling the software.

Edit: Haha! Right on time with niemiro. Great minds think alike :thumbsup2:

Uninstall the Within network Theme package 3rd crash this week that it's shown up the last 2 this driver was what DV indicated.

The tool has be run from documents folder on the C drive.

What driver was named on the screen when DV caused it to fault?
You may have to turn off auto-reboot in order to see it.

From the dump provided theses drivers are out of date.
