Hello

My PC was disabled during the update and now it won't boot. It ends up with BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO Bluescreen. It is HP G250 G4 with Windows 10 Home. I don't have any restore points and it isn't possible to revert back update. PC is now in automatic repair loop. What I already tried

1.chkdsk /f
2.sfc scannow (it ends with some kind of error if I remember correctly)
3.dism command (it ends with 1009 error code)
4.Safe mode won't work too

I noticed that removing /system32/config/DEFAULT file allow system to boot up and go to lock screen but nothing more. Account login is impossible. I think that registry is corrupted. But how to restore it without any copy? Please help. I can provide any needed info.

Do you have another computer which you can access? Your best option at the moment would be to create a Windows 10 .ISO and then attempt a repair install. The instructions can be found in this post - 998 Invalid access to memory
