It is HP G250 G4 with Windows 10 Home. I don't have any restore points and it isn't possible to revert back update. PC is now in automatic repair loop. What I already tried 1.chkdsk /f 2.sfc scannow (it ends with some kind of error if I remember correctly) 3.dism command (it ends with 1009 error code) 4.Safe mode won't work too I noticed that removing /system32/config/DEFAULT file allow system to boot up and go to lock screen but nothing more. Account login is impossible. I think that registry is corrupted. But how to restore it without any copy? Please help. I can provide any needed info.

Your best option at the moment would be to create a Windows 10 .ISO and then attempt a repair install. The instructions can be found in this post - 998 Invalid access to memory
