I've been using Microsoft Outlook 2010 for a while now to handle several of my email addresses - recently (possibly since switching to Windows 10) it seems to have stopped working correctly and is now not sending out emails.
None of my email passwords have changed recently, and I'm receiving emails fine. However, the following error is appearing in Send/Receive:
This is occurring across multiple email accounts from different providers, so I'm happy that this isn't anything to do with my passwords or some other error.
I'm also getting this error occasionally:
Email removed for obvious reasons.
Any thoughts?

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem.'

Task 'example@example.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'
