I get the dism error 87 i also get windows update error 80072EFE and constantly get error 0xc00007b and frequently dll files not present errors when try to install programs as well as Sp1 required to run this programme. I have followed steps 1-6 although i did run SFCFix.exe
before finding this the current method. My Laptop is running windows 7 basic version 6.1.7600.16385 and i cannot access the cbs.log file which i have attached along with the second SFCFix doc file. I would appreciate so assistance as this laptop is old i Know but very frustrating as it is limited due to errors i receive. I was actually looking for an iso to try reload windows when I found this forum site.

Hello and welcome,

Step 1:
WARNING! The following fix is specific to the user's system in this thread only. No one else should follow these instructions, as it could damage your system.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.
    1p8eDnI.gif
  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply.

Step 2:
  1. Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.

  2. Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  3. Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  4. Press the Scan button.
  5. Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  6. Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

The following crack was downloaded and might be just a remnant:
"Chimera Tool Full Cracked Working Without Internet 1000% Tested Free Download-1601365050"

It is against the rules to help people with an illegal operating system or other illegally used programs.
Hacktools can make your system slower and also less secure.
Do you agree that we continue to do a repair attempt for this computer that will also remove the crack ?

you may remove any cracked programmes that you think necessary the chimera programme was tried well after the issues this laptop has and it was installed to try and root my huawei cellphone but feel free to remove it.
