Sorry, not sure if this is the right forum for this but I am having issues trying to load programs on computer. Will not finish installing any new programs on it at all. Keeps getting error messages. I am assuming that there is a missing file or a few missing files that is preventing it from being able to complete this process. Please help as I am not too sure what to do....Thanks

Upon trying to install my printer as the driver should be able to be found on computer... The computer tells me that "the hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software". "a problem occurred while trying to install your new hardware. It may not operate correctly" I have also tried to install it with the program and it is like it doesnt tread the usb cable or something. It will not even install it wirelessly as I have it installed on another computer and thought the because I already have a connection and both share the same network i could do it that way. I have also tried to install programs and they will not fully install either because there is something missing. My internet security will not update either. I was reading that my computer programming is not supported anymore. Upon doing a scan on computer for drivers. I am told that I have drivers missing and out of date. Please help Thanks
