By new RAM, do you mean you the same stick you're using now but you purchased it recently i.e. new, or a different RAM stick from the one which caused the previous crashes? I would strongly recommend that you remove avast! using their
official removal tool, since it is known to cause a number of problems, including BSOD crashes.
