The Sysnative log collector files reported corruption of the drive file system.

There were many corrupted reference numbers.

The entries included corruptions of the Master File Table (MFT).

1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

chkdsk /r /v

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y

Reboot

Plan to run the chkdsk switches overnight.

2) After completing the above chkdsk switches please download and install HD Sentinel (free or trial version)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Post images for results on these tabs:
a) Overview
b) Temperature
c) SMART

3) Run this script to collect the chkdsk results:

@Lurizan Thanks for the report, since you have two available DIMM slots, if you're able to, you may wish to move the RAM stick into the other DIMM slot and see if the crashes persist.

The MemTest86 report shows that you have two available DIMM slots? The Speccy report shows the same information. One RAM stick but two slots on the motherboard? So have you moved the RAM stick to a different slot this time?

That's weird...I saw 1 slot only

Interesting, could you please provide the laptop support page for where you found that information? The support page is requesting for a SNID or serial number when I wish to look at the product specs?

All your crashes are indicative of a failing motherboard or a bad RAM stick, despite what MemTest86 says; I have seen some people have to run it for 24 passes before it would show any errors. I understand you've also performed a clean install as well and the issues still persisted. I assume that you've tried booted into Safe Mode with Networking and seeing if the system crashes?
