Massive FPS Drops in games

so for awhile now I Have been getting Massive FPS drops in games from like 144 fps to like 12 I have heard if i disable core performance boost in the bios or cool n' quiet it will be fixed but sadly that did not work for me I found a video of a guy fixing the problem on youtube

but sadly i don't have the same type of mother board as him any way my specs are Ryzen 3 1200 Asrock A320m gtx 1050 I went on R/Amd help and they wanted to know my cpu temp and clock speeds the temp was always around 41 Celsius the clock speed average was around 1800 mhz but i saw it dip down to 800 multiple times.

An update, so the problem is solely due to the motherboard I guess, ive updated the bios but it it didn't change anything but there is still a later version i can update to but amd recommends to no update if you have a pinnacle CPU which I have so I don't know what to do, I have set in my power plan to have the CPU minimum at a 100% but the clocks are still really low just by doing nothing, I really don't know what to do, also the main problem is that the clocks just drop so much randomly during any semi cpu intensive game.

Try this app and check if your cores are parked. You can also manipulate this if they are.

None of my cores where parked but i also got a new mother board and i still have the problem
