Googling that particularly suspect driver came up with it being related to Roxio's BackOnTrack backup software. If the OP is aware they have this software installed and it was intentional, we can disregard it, otherwise we'll wanna consider it carefully.

The Roxio Software appears to be intentionally installed. I would recommend focusing on the webcam angle. Make sure all Logitech drivers are up to date. You may also want to fully uninstall them and re-install them. You may be able to uninstall the drivers and software for the webcam through Uninstall or change a program.

If you cannot find the Logitech drivers through the list of installed programs, uninstall the drivers through Device Manager. Once the drivers are uninstalled, try installing the latest drivers for the Logitech webcam by following the appropriate link supplied by Wrench97.

@Wrench97 and writhziden:

I have never owned a Creative webcam...the only webcam I have EVER owned is the one that seems to be the cause of all this mess; namely, a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000: lvrs64.sys is MOST definitely part of the latest and greatest driver/software package from Logitech. I have done the usual uninstall-reboot-reinstall using their latest offerings, multiple times, yet nothing has changed.

Roxio software was intentionally installed: it is the 2012 Pro version.

syscowad64v.sys is part of a widget installation from my employer: SYSCO...it is tied directly to their benefits website.

teamviewervpn.sys is what it says: a driver for TeamViewerVPN, which is VPN software that allows me to connect remotely to my wife's iMac from my Windows-based PC.

That leaves the USB hub driver. All of the USB ports on the back of my MB are in use, including the 3.0 ports...mouse, keyboard, webcam, TPM module, majicJack adaptor, and two dedicated to powering the USB ports on the front of the case. The USB headers on the MB are in use by the Media Card Reader installed under my optical drives (the MCR also has a USB port).
