[SOLVED] Infrared Port on Extensa 5620Z / Windows 10

I installed Windows 10 on an Acer Extensa 5620Z. It works all fine but there are problems with the Infrared Port. I tried the driver from Extensa which are for Windows 7.
The message means:
the hardware cannot be started because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 15)

oh yes, Code 19 not Code 15 as I wrote.

Then find the filter and delete it.

i couldn't find the LowerFilters key

Export the key somewhere as backup and delete the UpperFilters key.

Then reboot and retry using it.
