Hello,

My name is Thomas or DreadStarX as many know me as from Online video games. I was sent here from, another forums. I'm not sure if I'm permitted to link it, but Seven Forums is my original home. I came here to learn about diagnosing BSOD's to help further my knowledge of computers.

As I stated above, my name is Thomas. I'm 24 years old, I live in the Pacific Northwest, and I'm currently training for my CCENT/A+ Certifications (renewals). My goal by the time I'm 40, is to have my CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert), married, and anywhere between 2 to 8 kids. Most of you guys who have kids, will think I took a looney pill, but I love kids and enjoy large family gatherings. After I'm finished with my current goals, I plan on joining the Air Force, and serve 4 years. My goal is to work in the Cyber Security Division, I feel that my Cisco Knowledge, plus what I learn from other savvy experts on SF/EF and sysnative, I think I'll be a valuable asset.

I hope to be able to prove my worth to the guys here, and learn more than I know now.

- Tom

Thank you, Will Watts. I look forward to gleaning and absorbing the knowledge you guys have here. Though, I have to separate time for it. I need to finish my Cisco Certs, so I can get to work again! Microsoft here I come! :)

Welcome to Sysnative Thomas!
Good to see another familiar face from SF;)
Although I also just joined here, you'll find that quite a few peeps post on both Sysnative and SF:D

That's a nice goal you've got there:D

I've been learning myself to debug for the past two months, just because I like the challenge and because they need more debuggers over at SF, and Harry (X BlueRobot) linked me a tut from here. Turned out that this entire site is filled with great resources! Now I kinda feel the need to do something back to both Forums for giving so much knowledge to me, and so I signed up to contribute where I can:D

Welcome to Sysnative!

There was some fairly childish and ridiculous forum drama last year between Sysnative and the owners of Seven Forums. Most of us don't frequent there anymore but we always welcome anyone from Seven Forums with open arms.

Regards,

Patrick

We're all computer enthusiasts. We should enjoy each others company, and knowledge. Not bash eachother, thats what angry sex is for :p

Regardless, I'm darn sure I can get the best of both :)

Welcome to Sysnative, Thomas. You have great goals and with determination, you will do well!

Thank you, Corrine.

With my free time, in school, I think of potential tutorials that others might want to have. I think of ways to help others, haha. Even when I sleep, I'm dreaming of something insanely cool.

My current project is a home media center. Not just the basic one room deal. I'll send you a PM if you want a full explanation. :)

I go where knowledge is, not where people are. Speaking of helping people, I'm practically teaching a Microsoft Word class while I run the computer lab. Amazes me how so many of our youth, don't know the basics of Word, either that or they think I'm cute :P
