Hi,

I'm a bloke from Melbourne who is thankful to come across this place.

I came across this magical forum in my searches for my problem, and have no doubt you'll help remedy my Windows woes.

I'm a business consultant in the wealth management space and will be studying towards a couple of MS certs in the coming months (re: Azure) with a Computing Bachelors under the old belt.

My first machine was a 386 DX2 66. Those were the days. Commander Keen. The Original Duke Nukem. Doom.

I'm also contemplating upgrading my machine to Windows 10 when it comes out, but I have an Asus UL30VT (64 bit Win 7, 4GB, 512 HDD) so I'll have to see whether it's worthwhile. She's still doing me proud, though. The work machine is a newish Dell 13 inch 7000 series (about 9 months old).
