Hi everyone :)
My name is Aura (my real name is Yoan, you can use the name that suits you) and I'm a 21 years old technical support passionate living in Québec, Canada. I'm currently a member of other known support forums such as BleepingComputer and GeeksToGo, and also other ones that I lurk like the Malwarebytes Forums, WhatTheTech, Emsisoft Support, etc. I'm acting as a technical support on the forums I assist on, mainly in the Windows and Security sections. From Windows installation, to driver troubleshooting, Windows tweaks, etc. I dealt with pretty much every kind of Windows issues there is. I don't know the solution to every of them however, but I'm able to assist in most cases. I'm more of a software than hardware guy (I can still handle myself in that domain, just not at the same level), hence why I orientate my support toward the Windows OS more than the computer on which it is being run. I joined Sysnative after talking to your expert Go To Power on BleepingComputer. I took a quick peek and liked the forum style, the sections it have, the tutorials and the kind of assistance it gives. I couldn't resist signed up, so here I am! I intend to assist whenever I can, but before that, I'll take more time to lurk around, and see how things works around here. I'm far from being on the level of any contributing member here, hence why I might just stay in the back and watch you guys do your work
I'm also currently employed as a tier 2 technical support for one of Québec's biggest company (also operate throught other provinces) and I'm finishing 3 classes to get my DEC (Diplôme d'Études Collégiales) in IT (while it's more oriented towards CS sadly).
