It is a driver from 2010. I would advise you to get the latest version dating 2011 from the below ASUS Support website for your laptop model. Select Operating System as "Windows 7 64bit" and then download the ATI driver from the VGA Dropdown-
Notebooks & Ultrabooks - X42Jr - ASUS

Kindly do not install the ATI Driver from ATI site.
