I found this group while searching for solutions to problems with my Windows 8 computer not upgrading to 8.1. I was very impressed with the detailed knowledge the experts on this site have and their ability to solve many and varied problems. I usually fix my own computer problems but have not been able to fix the current problem. I am looking forward to working with some of these knowledgeable people to not only fix my problem but to gain valuable experience in computer troubleshooting.

The Windows Update forum is extremely busy. Although generally a Windows Update analyst will respond within a couple of days, with this being the summer holidays and vacation schedules, it may a bit longer.
