Error 80070663 - Can't update microsoft Office

Hello

My Windows Update shows 2 updates but if I want to update them the error message: Code 80070663 Windows update encountered an unknown error
ILMCakpAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC

shows up..

I tried to update office manually and tried to change it in programs and features but it wont work

Can you help me?

SFC /SCANNOW

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button. Inside the search box type in CMD
  2. Right click on CMD => Choose Run as Administrator
  3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
  4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with the rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
    Code: 
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread

What version of MS Office are you running? What are the two KB articles that are failing to download?
