Hello, when paid or I restart the pc the session of most of the webs in which I am and also closes the session of the application blizzard. It should be noted that happens in Chrome and Opera in Edge does not close the session. Well I hope someone can guide me. Very grateful in advance. Best regards.

Paid?

Did you recently install a disk clean up program like CCleaner? I cannot speak for other programs but with CCleaner, there is a setting to clean out all the cookies when Windows starts - but that is not the default. It would have been manually changed. Cleaning the cookies will force you to log in again for each site you visit.

As for your applications, like Blizzard, it is normal for applications to close.

Most browsers, like Chrome offer the option of loading your last used tabs when you open the browser:

Sorry, a translator's mistake. I meant off.

I don't have that option activated.

I didn't know that, thank you.

I'm going to try that option activated, restart several times and tell them.

Thanks a lot to both of you. Best regards.

Sometimes I restart and I'm in all the open sessions, sometimes I'm not. The blizzard application I have the option to keep connected which logs me in automatically but sometimes does not. The truth is that I am very disoriented about this problem. Thank you very much. Best regards.

Then check CCleaner's Options > Settings page and make sure "Run CCleaner when the computer starts" is not checked.

I think disabling Credential Guard is a mistake - even if you could. From what I can determine, Credential Guard is enabled only in Enterprise edition of Windows. Is that what you are running?

But I note if this were the problem, it likely would be widely reported. And it is not.

I recommend you run System File Checker as shown in Step #2 here.

Is Enterprise the version of Windows 10 you are using?

Although SFC didn't find anything, I suggest giving DISM a try:

Do the following to run Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM):
  • Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  • Enter the command below and press on Enter;
Code:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  • Let the scan run until the end (100%). Depending on your system, it can take some time.
