Updated nVidia drivers last night
Also found Lenovo Nerve installed (I didn't want it, but likely got it when I updated Lenovo software w/Thinkvantage System Update)

This morning, I get consent.exe errors in Event Viewer (might be related) and the dumps won't generate any of the text files.
Reinstalled the latest version of the app over itself - no luck
Just finished running DISM and SFC w/o help
Disabled a number of shell extensions (nVidia, Skpe, and OneDrive)

FYI - I have been having explorer issues recently (flashes on screen, then goes to background - sometimes will double click when I single click - etc)

Currently the app is stuck at " Creating statistical csv..."

Thoughts?

Maybe try an in-place upgrade/repair install with the Windows 10 ISO version that best matches what you have installed?

It sounds like an issue with Windows as opposed to the apps. I doubt the NVIDIA drivers are to blame, and it does not look like Lenovo Nerve should interfere with the apps or Windows Explorer based on how it works. It sounds more like some corruption has occurred in the OS itself.

Thanks Mike!

Just had a STOP 0x9F showing acpi.sys while uninstalling stuff.
Will try a repair install to see what happens. If that doesn't work, it's about time for a clean install - this OS started as the original W10
But, I've gotta go mow the lawn now.
Will post back once I get the OS downloaded and repaired.

Left it overnight - and it still doesn't work after the repair install.
Still freezes at "Creating statistical csv...", but now it shows the selection box for txt or html (which appears to function properly - but no text files show up when I click the text button).
Will try a "Refresh" next, but will need to backup my stuff first. Hope to get it finished today.

I may end up putting the app on my test machine (it has the latest W10 Fast Ring build) just to save some time.
It's slower, but it'll help me while I gather the profile folders for the different programs that I use.

Interestingly, in the View KD Output box, there is only 1 memory dump shown - even if I run more than one.
Just noticed this when running my first run on the W10 Fast Ring system (16232.1000)

Original system shows only 1 memory dump in KD box
W10 Fast Ring system shows multiple memory dumps in KD box

That is odd. But it is working on the Fast Ring system?

If you want me to see what might be happening with your systems, you could turn on Logging through Options and then upload your outputDmps/2017_Jul_03_xx_xx directory zipped up. To upload the correct directory zip, xx_xx is the hours and minutes of your system time, e.g. 2017_Jul_03_07_52 would be today at 7:52 AM.

If you are not reaching the final window that provides the option to open text files and html files, you will also want to zip up the Logs directory under your user profile's SysnativeBSODApps directory (or under the SysnativeBSODApps directory where you installed the apps if you did not install in the default location under the user profile).

Installation was in default location (C:\Users\John - my profile)
Symbols are at C:\Symbols.
Will turn on logging and see what I get - thanks!

EDIT: Yes, it's working on the Fast Ring system.

Interesting....

Turned on Logging, verified that it was on, ran 5 minidumps - app worked just fine and generated text files w/o problem
Went back to check, and Logging was turned off????
Ran the dumps again and all is well.
I'm confused (but happy that it's working!)

Logging turns off automatically when the program starts. It is only on if it is specifically enabled after launch.

It's interesting that turning the logging on eliminated the issue even after a subsequent run with logging turned off.
