Now, change the extension from .txt to .bat (if you don't know how, let me know). Download the attached archive file, ReplacementFiles.zip and save it on your Desktop; Once it's downloaded, right-click on it and select Extract All...; Check the Show extracted files when complete checkbox, change the location to C: and click on Extract; On completion, the C: drive will open. Open the ReplacementFiles folder and make sure that you indeed see files in it; Close that Windows Explorer, go on your Desktop, right-click on Script.bat and select Run as Administrator. A command prompt window will quickly open and close. Once this is done, let me know.

A file called dnsapi.dll is on my desktop and I made the batch file and I'm lost from what you meant from there can you slowly tell me what to do next.

The dnsapi.dll is supposed to end up in the C:\ReplacementFiles folder. Once done, simply right-click on the Script.bat file on your desktop and select Run as Administrator.

On your C: drive, create a folder called ReplacementFiles, and in it, copy and paste the dnsapi.dll file from the .zip archive I sent you. Once done, right-click on the Script.bat file I sent you earlier (which should be on your Desktop) and select Run as Administrator.
