I have posted a thread (https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-crashes-kernel-debugging/21095-please-help.html ) and then I reinstalled my OS. There's almost one month after the re-installation and I faced BSOD once again. Once I entered the desktop, "amd driver stop responding and has recovered" pop out continuously and BSOD occurred. The error message is 0x000000116. I can only enter safe mode now and when I run system report, it said that it couldn't find the path.View attachment SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zipView attachment SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip _______________________________________________________________ OS:Windows 7 64 bit (full retail version ) (desktop) Age of system: since 2012 Age of OS installation: didn't reinstalled the OS once CPU:Intel(R)i3-2120 3.30 GHz RAM:4GB Display card: AMD Radeon HD 7400 series System Manufacturer: HP Model number: s5-1238hk

Did you apply a new layer of thermal compound on your cpu? How many ram sticks are seated (how many ram sticks are installed)? What's the exact model of your graphic card? And the manufacturer?

xilolee Moderator Staff member Joined Dec 31, 2013 Posts 3,671 Location World, Europe, Italy Sep 25, 2016 #13 I found 5 "hd 7400 series" on Wikipedia: Radeon HD 7450 (OEM) - codename Caicos - arch. TeraScale 2 Radeon HD 7470 (OEM) - codename Caicos - arch. TeraScale 2 Radeon HD 7480D - codename scrapper - arch. TeraScale 3 integrated/mobile Radeon HD 7400G - codename scrapper - arch. TeraScale 3 (integrated in amd A4-4355M cpu?) integrated/mobile Radeon HD 7420G - codename scrapper - arch. TeraScale 3 (integrated in amd A4-4300M cpu?) Hence you should have one of the first three models... Did you buy and seat your graphic card inside your pc? Or did someone do it for you? Don't you have its box? You can also check it when you open and remove the dust from your pc. PSU information is missing, too, hence you can also check that. By the way, it seems overheating to me: you have a small motherboard, a small pc, and 70Celsius isn't so low...
