Did you check/installed Dell software for your Precision M4800 here (click) ? Guessing, on your machine the possible culprit could be "Dell Command | Power Manager". Other suggestions found: 1) device manager: keyboard HID and Mouse HID, Network adapter > power management, untick "allow this device to wake up computer". 2) My Computer - properties - advanced system properties - startup and recovery, settings - untick "automatically restart on system failure". 3) Virus scan to remove malware. 4) bios: disable wake up on lan , or disable any setting that can bring the computer up from sleep.
