Crashes at Start-up, Windows 7

Windows 7 will not go past splash screen, cannot uninstall video drivers, and anything else. After spalsh screen just a movable cursor with the busy donuts in different positions, black screen.
All previous restoral points gone.

Alienware M-17X R1
Intel Q-9000
Geforce GTX 200m
8 GB RAM
BOOTLOG is redundant exact same set of FTI Lines for 9500 lines

The Bootlog is simply a option used with BCDEdit used for creating the ntbtlog.txt file, which logs the loading of drivers at boot.

Have you attempted to boot using Safe Mode?

this is from the sademode bootlog. Its clinging to the classPNP

I HAVE EVEN FORMSTTED A MIRROR DRIVE WHICH IT WILL NOT REINSTALL OR RE-image from back up so i think its the BIOS now,
 
Is that log current?

If so, system time is off by ~1 year -- per your log in post #1 -
