Chrome plugins - is this a real Facebook ban cause?

Hello,
I do not know what is going on but want to find out if this is somewhat related to plugins in Chrome browser.
I was banned twice, because Facebook has detected some unusual activity on my account.
My first account was banned. My second fresh account was banned after 1 day. (It doesnt make a sense)
I want to send them appeal via e-mail but who cares. I got a decent blog with subs. I do not think Facebook is good place for private projects at all...

Here is my screen from Plugins section. I have disabled cache. Cookie Autodelete seems to be issue?

I am no expert in this area by any means, and Chrome is not my primary/default browser. But I suspect your second account was banned after one day because they could easily tell it was being used from the same IP address you used with your first banned account. So that does make sense.

I don't know about your plug in. The names and descriptions I can understand seem innocent enough but certainly if malicious, the bad guys are going to make them look innocent. Did you get them from the Google Store?

Autodeleting cookies should not be a problem.

I haven't examined these plugins in any depth but from the screenshot:

A colour changer should be no problem. It's likely just a local CSS change which Facebook probably cannot detect.

The Advanced Search is potentially more problematic. Recent scandals such as the Cambridge Analytica incident have made tech companies much more wary of people mining for user data. An advanced search has the possible potential for abuse and may be seen as suspicious. I would gently suggest not using it. Better to develop an app with the Facebook Graph API which is less likely to breach their Terms of Service than using a personal user account.

Alternatively, your ban may be for completely unrelated reasons.

Yes, I got them from the Google Store. I got no Facebook issues with Firefox.

Oh it is very interesting. I think the browser has to be clear - no script blocker etc.

Indeed, but my accounts were all legal. Maybe it was because of my intensive posting (related to spam) on my favorite social group. True, maybe it is IP related.

I send them photo, I send them ID. (twice) (Some people say it is very stupid but I do not care if I am a resident of the EU). I tried some official contact form. I do not think that they answer via e-mail also e.g. appeals@facebook.com etc. I have no idea how to prevent it. I do not like Facebook, but need to use it.

I think it is much safer to use Facebook account with Android client. I do not get their policy. It seems to, if you want to manage your site, you have to create two accounts and give them administrative privilages. It does not make a sense.

So I need to use a proxy or VPN? I do not know if it is legal with their policy...

Sorry, but if you were banned, even though you are likely perfectly honest and sincere, it is not my place (or desire) to help you circumvent the banning. I recommend you contact their tech support and see if you can convince them to un-ban you.

Thank you for help.
Yes I know. I send some emails and wait for response. I do not think they respect it, no idea if teh US citizen is equal to UE country citizen.
I know that you can not help. If it fails because of IP ban, I need to be smarter next time.
I lost some subscribers. Very frustarted lost my project :(

Okay, but why there was no warning. How can I teach that I could only comment my own post. And the it kicked me off....

I doubt that matters. The problem is the same problem we have - they have no way of verifying you are you, or that you are telling the truth. And with all the bad publicity over security FB as received lately, they really have no choice but to err on the side of caution.

Hello, you can try sending an email to the following address: datarequests@support.facebook.com Explaining your problem in detail.

Thank you! But they still want me to make the same procedure one more time....

Thanks for getting in touch with us, but we're not able to provide help here with this specific issue. If you need help regaining access to your Facebook account, please fill out this form:

I think it is impossible to get back banned accounts. They keep my emails and phone numbers. So in this situation, I do not know how to definitely delete banned accounts and unlock emails and phone numbers. I could still log into my accounts and download site information. I think they only want phone number. Photo and ID verification is a joke.
Facebook asking users to upload a face photo to verify identity when it spots suspicious activity - 9to5Mac

Hello, in this situation it is only possible, as you say, to download your FB ifnormation. You will not be able to log in again with those credentials. Best regards.

I don't get it. I created another fb account, this time with fake name. I want to give administrative rights to another person and delete this account.

This time facebook accepted my photo! The account was unblocked!. I got into this account and suddenly..... they detected "suspicious activity" again! I try to send another photo. You see - fake data and they dont want my ID. True data - they want my ID also. I dont trust them anymore.

So what about this: one person has told me that maybe it is because a bot on my computer which cannot be detected in simple way and produce spam when I log into fb account?. But I am not quite sure, I use WiFi connection or a standalone modem. I could use live linux pendrive to login facebook, but is it worth of? I think that it is impossible or they want me to use computer as they want to use facebook in proper way.
They stole my emails, they stole my phone numbers, and know they make me sick. I will not use fb anymore....

It's probably that your computer / area of the internet now looks suspicious to Facebook so every account you create now gets more scrutiny than a usual account. We cannot help to bypass any restrictions, and indeed we don't actually know why Facebook is blocking you.

The only two suggestions I can make are: contact Facebook, and read their Terms and Conditions very carefully (to make sure you're not violating anything) and their developer documentation (look up the Facebook Graph API for example) to see if there are things you are doing through a user account which are not permitted in the Terms and Conditions but which can be done through the developer API.

In my country sending and ID it is stupid. Is that mean is stupid or is it it stupid talking about Facebook only?

If you're still having an issue, you might consider resetting Google Chrome.
What do you mean? I turned off most off the plugins in all browsers. I connect to facebook with FF.
Still facebook force me to send them a photo to verify, five times passed.....but they it does not make sense...really.....
I use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 2.0 (older version).
I dont think it is related so strong with facebook policy.
I think there must be something wrong with network area also.
I made a deep clean with BleachBit.
I try to clean browsers but maybe it is useless.

I use sometimes internet tethering, sometimes I use WiFi connection.
I thought that it was because a proxy but I realize that facebook had reported different location only once.
I dont use proxy, so I am really amazed what it is all about,
I dont use Facebook app on Android, i am really scared of.
I dont log in facebook account from another computer.

I use only one account right now. Definitely it is their fault. How you can explain that I log-in, do anything, log out, then repeat this procedure and I use only a search form. Then they ask me for a photo, so many times? In this case if they are okay, something wrong with my computer or I need to run linux distro and see whats happen....

First time I was wrong, I had violated their policy. But this time I am so sick.....

If you have violated their policy before you could very well be on a list of users to always scrutinize. There are many people that once they violate a policy cannot gain access for a long period of time. In rare cases, it is a permanent ban and you can never return.

If you're not using the Facebook App and still having issues then I'd say it's probably the browser is messed up and need a good cleaning.

I was using the Facebook app in Android in the past. First account was banned as I had mentioned before. I started from scratch 3 weeks ago. I am not using te app. But now Facebook asks me a photo from time to time. The thing is I dont really think I violate their policy in any way any time. I need to find out what is going on.

Do I have to make a deep clean every time I close my browser? So how to prevent it, someone has told me it is better way to create an account from another computer to find out if Facebook has flagged me....

Maybe I will try to send an email one more time, but I am not sure they only want me to read their policy 100 times.....
