T Todd Member Joined Jan 14, 2014 Posts 5 Jan 14, 2014 #1 We have Windows 7 Pro 32-bit on our computers. Some (but not all) of them won't upgrade to IE10 or IE11. All of them are the same exact computer model Dell Optiplex 780 (all hardware is the same). When I try to update to IE10, I keep getting the error code 9C59 or if I download and try to install manually I get error code 80070005. I have tried all of the tips and tricks I could find from Microsoft and the web, but none have worked. I seen in another thread where they uploaded a CBS file and you were able to figure out the issue. Please help!
