Hi, everyone.

I've getting those BSODs, since i bought a new pc ( in january ). Yeah, it happens every day. At first I did not pay attention to it, but now it's so annoying and also error is an error and i have to fix it anyways. Three times I rented a computer under warranty, but nothing helped in the service, they replaced my motherboard, updated BIOS and Windows, but BSODs are still alive.

My pc characteristics :

Nvidia geforce RTX 2070 Super 8gb ( Gigabyte )

Intel core i5-9600K

B365 M AORUS ELITE ( Gigabyte )

16gb RAM by HyperX fury RGB ( 2666mHz )

HDD - WD1Tb Caviar blue ( WD10EZEX )

SDD - 256Gb ADATA Gammix S11 Pro, M2

Deepcool GammaXX 400

Acer XF240QPbiipr ( 144 hz )

ATX 800W AeroCool KCAS PLUS

-----------------------------------------

There are some dumps of those BSODs : BSOD(minidump) - Google Drive

So it happens in the first 10-30 minutes after turning on the PC. Or it can be not BSOD, but the game i play just crashes and computer stops responding.

Also i noticed, that every time i enter the Discord it answers : switch to a new device ( NVidia audio , Realtek R audio ) ? - idk if it's important.
And Warcraft III settings(in game) and csgo launch settings in steam resets every time i start the game - on my laptop i didn't have that problem.

Hope i will find some answers here, thank you guys for the attention .

It would be helpful if you could follow the BSOD posting instructions and provide us with all the information we need.
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista

One of the dumps you posted did show an Intel Network driver was a most likely culprit. Have you tried going on the Intel Driver download page and getting it to check for any drivers that need updating?

I'm sorry, did not immediately notice the instructions before posting.

Yeah, i have downloaded the network adapter driver, but didn't have time to install it, will do it tonight.

Updating the Intel network driver didn't help :c Also i have updated some chipset drivers, but it had the same result - BSOD again.

Please can you provide a new set of logfiles and we will take a look.

Update BIOS - https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B365-M-AORUS-ELITE-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios
Update Intel Chipset drivers - check in Intel Driver & Support Assistant - Intel® Driver & Support Assistant or visit - Downloads for Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility
Check in Windows Update if there any updates of system
I've already tried to do this. Didn't work for me, so i rollbacked the BIOS from F3 to F2 and it actually solved BSODs, but only for 2-3 days. Also i updated all available chipset drivers.

Yes, there is an element of risk running driver verifier so I agree you should not do it until your exams are over. Please make sure you read the warnings and know how to get back from a failed boot scenario. Having said that I have run many successful driver verifier tests so hopefully you will be OK. Note that we are hoping Driver Verifier will cause your system to crash and record a dump file so that we can identify the driver that triggered the crash. Please therefore post new logfiles after you have run DV and restored your system back to normal. If there are no crashes turn off DV after about 48hours of use.

Hey, i got some news

I haven't got any bsods, since i ran driver verifier, but instead of bsods my computer constantly reboots every 2-5 minutes. I barely had time to write this as my computer rebooted again :\ It has to be like that or i should stop driver verifier?

Please stop driver verifier and then send a new set of logfiles, we might be able to detect what was happening.

Enable Driver Verifier again, but this time enable all standard options and all additional except "Randomized low resources simulation" and "Systematic low resources simulation"

You can check by typing verifier /query in a Command Prompt window. This was shown in the tutorial.
Thank you, ok, i will try to run it again. Tomorrow i will let you know, but if it reboots again every 2 minutes, should i continue checking or stop driver verifier?

The computer is no good to anyone if it reboots every 2 minutes.
If stopping Driver Verifier stops the rebooting - that that's what you need to do!
Check in C:\Windows\Minidump to see if there are any new minidumps there.

If it produces a BSOD, you can terminate verifier. Then post the new BSOD (minidump) here.
