Hi, i'm new on this forum i'm trying to solved a problem that drops me a BSOD, following the intructions in the publication of how to post a BSOD -

My pc: Windows 7 x64 it was installed for the person who build my pc 3 months ago being in operation
the hard drive is older like 5 years which came with vista back then

the CPU is a AMD A8 3870k black edition with a GPU HD 6550D
the motherboard is an Asrock A55M-VHS this one A55 Motherboard Series Manufacturing - ASRock Inc.
the power supply: 500w GC i think is a chinese made. it came in a Lenovo old PC where i got the hard drive.

i wish somebody can help me, i'm afraid that my pc is going to die :(

There are attachments files: jcgriff2 BSOD File Collection app and the perfmon report.

pd: 15 days ago. i did perform an driver verifier with one driver warning so decide deleted because i thought it was causing some troubles i thought that was the driver which causing the BSOD but now came again :/

edit--
While waiting i'm going to do the hdd test and i activated the driver verifier which came with audio drops, is it normal?

Hi -

5 BSODs -
- 4 - bugcheck 0x101 = CPU hang
- 1 - bugcheck 0xc4 = Driver Verifier flagged a driver

One 0x101 listed ATI video -
Code:
atikmdag.sys Tue Oct 25 21:59:06 2011 (4EA7696A)
atikmpag.sys Tue Oct 25 21:21:58 2011 (4EA760B6)
http://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=atikmdag.sys
http://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=atikmpag.sys

Another 0x101 listed " Unknown_Image". This should never be seen in place of a driver name. This indicates kernel corruption is occurring.

The Driver Verifier 0xc4 flagged FNet Turbo HDD USB Driver -
Code:
FNETURPX.SYS Fri Oct 3 22:27:02 2008 (48E6D476)
Update the driver - http://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=FNETURPX.SYS

Is the first necessary? You only have 1x4 GB RAM.
The 2nd - I suggest removal -
Code:
[font=lucida console]
AsrRamDisk.sys Thu Aug 9 05:03:05 2012 (50237CC9) - ASRock RAM Disk Driver
cfosspeed6.sys Mon Jul 4 09:18:51 2011 (4E11BDBB) - cFosSpeed - The Internet Accelerator
[/font]
http://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.phpid=AsrRamDisk.sys
http://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=cfosspeed6.sys

Run Driver Verifier again - after update or removal of the last driver flagged -

https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...river-verifier-blue-screen-death-related.html

See if Driver Verifier flags another driver. If it does, BSOD will result.

Regards. . .

Thank you for trying to solved my problem.

first step done - atikmdag.sys and atikmpag.sys up to date i think. how can i see the release date of a driver like your post?
atikmdag.sys Tue Oct 25 21:59:06 2011 (4EA7696A)

second step done - i removed the asrock ram software, cFossspeed and Fnet turbo hdd also because i haven't external driver. Those software came in a CD of asrock motherboard

Something good is that i mention before audio drops was being out with driver verifier, now. there aren't after update.
how much time do i have to keep driver verifier running?

Really thank you this is a progress without you i could not fix it.

i'm going to play video games to see if bsod appears.

hi, Mr. john should i stop the driver verifier? it's running since yesterday and bsod didn't appears i've been playing without problems.

if the bsod appears in the future should i create another post or repost here?

thank you!

Sorry about doblepost. But after deactivate the driver verifier the pc keep producing the problem but this time it just frost the image and the audio keeps in an infinite loop. i had to reset the pc by button.

Is it anything that can i do? i mean the problem always appears when i'm playing a video game but if the driver verifier is running the problem does not appears. Something that i can noticed if a mini-frost when running the driver verifier when i was playing might have something in common when it is not running the driver verifier.

Should i be worry about hardware health?

Thank you.

I noticed that cpu temperature was 72 - 80 degrees max at max load cpu, i decide to clean the cooler which have some dust, now with prime95 and blend test running i'm having a max temperature of 62 degrees at 30min of 100% load cpu.

i will run the 3 tests but i don't know how much time does it needs to run. right now i'm starting with blend test.

The processor maximum temperature is 72.7 C, so you were possibly damaging the processor before.

Prime95 should run each test overnight, or until error messages appear, for the next three nights if temperatures permit.

After cleaning the cooler the max temperature at the afternoon was 62° and right now at night max temperature is 43° even while playing a video game.

i don't know it this maybe cause the problem that i was having. i'll keep testing and do the test overnight like you said with prime95.

Thank you.

Remember that writhziden hinted that the CPU may have already suffered permanent damage from overheating in the past, so having things cooler now may not actually resolve your symptoms if that's the case.

I did run "in large place TFF" without problem and errors, this night i'm going to run blend test but i couldn't run the small TFF because i was not at home so is gonna be the third test.

This incoming night i will do the small TFF, completing all three tests.

After the clean i think it is stabilized because i didn't get any issues, i've been playing which game that before gave me the bsod and everything feels stable.
The temperatures are now among 19 - 30° normal use and up to 45 - 60° on full load. Now i am keeping the Core Temp running with the overheat protection set up on 70° to shut down the PC, is it ok?

This incoming night i will do the small TFF test.

Thank you everybody for helping me to solve my issue, i appreciate it
