The log collection tool will gather the Minidumps instead. However, to answer your question, yes that is normal.

You'll want to ensure that you have latest AMD Raid driver, you should be able to find it under the Chipset section - ROG - Republic of Gamers|United Kingdom | The Choice of Champions

Wdym the dump file. Is the blue screen caused by a CPU driver? I can't figure out what you want me to do right now. Should I download the latest version of AMD RAID drivers?

It happens from time to time that the installed version somehow has problems and by reinstalling those problems are gone. By reinstalling, the files are replaced with the same files, theoretically that shouldn't make a difference but practically it can help when for example a driver has been re-released under the same version to address a problem. These changes are not big enough for a new version, but at times they can help.

axe0 Administrator, BSOD Academy Instructor, Security Analyst Staff member Joined May 21, 2015 Posts 3,307 Location Holland Oct 22, 2021 #19 Well, Windows provides what you could say 'default' drivers. Theoretically you can run without any drivers installed that the vendor of the motherboard or laptop provides, but it's not going to be a pleasant experience. The last time that I started from scratch, the very first thing I did was install the chipset drivers. The chipset drivers are one of the most important drivers to install because they control the chipset which is a crucial element of the entire system, and you'll typically notice significant performance improvements after installing the chipset drivers and rebooting the system. That has always been my experience, performance improvements after installing the chipset drivers such that without the drivers the system feels very sluggish.

Meaning I think that this program somehow affects the games because it puts the integrated video card of the processor in front of dedicated. If I delete the program, what happens? Does this make sense to affect the CPU in any way?
