Hello. My laptop is new and I got a blue screen yesterday. This is the information from the blue screen. Do I have to worry about anything?

You must be looking at the MEMORY.DMP file, please follow the posting instructions as mentioned above. The log collection tool will gather the Minidumps instead.

However, to answer your question, yes that is normal.

Okay, delete this post and tomorrow Ill make the correct post

A dump file, aka memory dump file, is a file with a ".dmp" extension and is used to store memory data, most commonly a dump file is generated by Windows because of a BSOD.

x BlueRobot suggests you download the latest version of the AMD Raid drivers because, to me, it looks like those drivers caused the crash.

Okay ill download it. Thanks!

Any ideas on whether the CPU drivers have been downloaded or up to date?

If you've downloaded the one from the support page, then that should be the latest version available to you.

Nothing, it'll either state that you already have the latest version or it'll just install itself again.

You'll need to go into device management and then check there. Have you downloaded the driver yet? I think you're worrying too much.

What I usually recommend is to download and install the latest version regardless of whether the latest version is already installed. It happens from time to time that the installed version somehow has problems and by reinstalling those problems are gone.

By reinstalling, the files are replaced with the same files, theoretically that shouldn't make a difference but practically it can help when for example a driver has been re-released under the same version to address a problem. These changes are not big enough for a new version, but at times they can help.

Well, Windows provides what you could say 'default' drivers. Theoretically you can run without any drivers installed that the vendor of the motherboard or laptop provides, but it's not going to be a pleasant experience.

The last time that I started from scratch, the very first thing I did was install the chipset drivers. The chipset drivers are one of the most important drivers to install because they control the chipset which is a crucial element of the entire system, and you'll typically notice significant performance improvements after installing the chipset drivers and rebooting the system. That has always been my experience, performance improvements after installing the chipset drivers such that without the drivers the system feels very sluggish.

Since my card is 3050TI, do I need Amd Radeon Software? Meaning I think that this program somehow affects the games because it puts the integrated video card of the processor in front of dedicated. If I delete the program, what happens? Does this make sense to affect the CPU in any way?
