It would appear that there is nothing there. I am just a little lost. I know I saw what definitely looked like a regular blue screen. But I guess it wasn't. It happened during an update when I woke the computer up from sleep mode. So I am not sure where else to look at this time.

According to the KernelDumpList file, a full memory dump was created on the 11/06/2019? Could you please set that your dump file settings have been set to automatic?

Have you run any file cleaning programs recently?

As far as I can tell it is set to automatic. I have no file cleaning programs on my computer.

Hi Will. . .

Copy the full kernel dump (\windows\memory.dmp) out to Documents.

You won't be able to zip the file while it resides in the \windows directory. You'll get an "access denied" error message if zipping is attempted in \windows.

Zip up the copy of the full kernel dump in Documents; upload the ZIP file to a 3rd party site like Google or Dropbox. The zip file will be too large to attach to a post here.

Perhaps it will yield a [some] clue(s).

Regards. . .

John
