Hello all, I am back again with another BSOD. So from what I was told the computer(desktop) was not picking up the wireless signal and so the troubleshoot network problems option was clicked and it ran for what I was told about 10mins and so instead of waiting for it to finish they just restarted the pc. After restarting, they were able to get the wireless back on but it wasn't picking up the 5ghz connection so after trying a few things they restarted again. That's when the BSOD message came up. And here we are. This is where I came in.
I checked in the adapter settings and it is showing bluetooth not connected, local area connection 2 network cable unplugged, wireless network connection - disabled - broadcom WLAN adapter #2, wireless network connection 7 - (the house's wireless name) Linksys AE2500, and wireless network connection 8 - disabled - Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport #4. I'm not sure what caused the BSOD outside of restarting the PC nothing else was done. There have been issues with the wireless connections on the desktop PC where it will forget the connection or there will be multiple wireless connections showing the same connections which I'm not sure why. And there have been instances where the desktop freezes and makes this kind of buzzing sound but that has been less frequent and not that it is related but I seem to think its related to MsMpEng.exe running at high memory at times. I don't have any factual evidence to back that up but just after the desktop unfreezes I go into task manager and see that its running at the top of all processes for the machine. But that could be unrelated. Hopefully someone can look at the files and tell me what caused the desktop to crash this time. I was not at home when this happened so I'm trying to piece together what happened.

The desktop:
PC Info:
HP P7-1235 - AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics: chip - AMD Radeon HD 7560D(0x9904)
8gb memory
64 bit OS - Windows 7 home premium SP 1
bios - 6/19/12 ver: 7.10
power supply - Internal ATX 300w-100v-240v

Here is the link to the latest BSOD - BSOD 2/2

here is a link to the previous BSOD - Previous BSOD

Thanks for the help.

Please update your chipset driver if you're able to.

so I downloaded the AMD Chipset Software Installer - It prompted me to update the AMD SMBus Driver to 5.12.0.38, the AMD USB3.0 Controller Driver(for Hudson) 1.1.0.276, and AMD SATA Controller Driver 1.2.1.402.
I installed those three.

So after the install of those above mentioned items the computer prompted for a restart. I closed all applications and restarted the pc. During the restart, which took longer than normal, it BSOD and shut down and then booted back up.
I have attached the BSOD /Speccy info for that to this post.

This was the blue screen that flashed after the pc came back in from shutting down.

It's the same driver as the previous crash.

AMD USB3.0 Controller Driver(for Hudson) 1.1.0.276
That's the driver in particular which you will need to update. I would start with that driver first, hopefully it was just a coincidence that it crashed while you were attempting to update it.

When I try to run the installer again it now says Oops! Something went wrong.
Error 182 - Radeon Software install detected AMD graphics hardware in your system configuration that is not supported with this software installation. And it gives a link to AMD Support.
That link doesn't have an AMD A8 series option listed. It shows an AMD 5000 series but that's it.

With that same message? Have you tried removing it while in Safe Mode? Probably won't make much difference, but it is worth a try.

i tried it in safe mode and safe mode with networking. safe mode gave an Error 195 - Radeon Software install cannot proceed as some required web services are currently unavailable. safe mode with networking gave me the same error as mentioned above.
not sure if this has any impact but after booting into normally there was a purple distorted screen on my left monitor it went away and the starting windows screen came on. After restarting due to reinstalling the broadcom drivers it happened again.
as well as the computer's fan(I assume it was the fan) ran super loud to a point where it was vibrating the pc case right before it started up and once after it had completed startup.

the failing machine is

HP Pavilion p7-1235 Desktop PC

Win7
this PC is no longer supported and even no driver are on the webpage, at least none which will help
and Vendor-driver from AMD / MSI will not work.
The failure ist RENESAS USB3 Controller, which also includes a Texas 3.0 Hub and this proably fails.
connect your mouse to the USB2.0 connector on the back Black one, not the blue one or dismiss at all, seems to be the TI-Controler itself
by the way, on an unmodified machine all original driver and updates are located within drive c in the HP Folder SWSETUP\DRV
but it might be time to replace that desktop
used mainboard

a few follow up questions/clarifications: thanks for your response btw.
so since the PC is win 7 AMD isn't updating those drivers anymore?
you are recommending me connect and only use the black usb connection right?
and are you recommending replacing the PC or the motherboard? Because if so I have another question - I have issues with my monitors(one monitor will go purple/pink the whole screen - its still usable in that state but it goes like that out of blue seemingly for unknown reasons and my guess is that its because of the vga/dvi connector)... and the connections on the back of the pc vs the connections to the monitors and if I could get a motherboard that had 2 of the same (4 total) connections that would save me a lot of hassle with my monitors and the vga/dvi connector I've been having to use.
