Has been happening for about 2 weeks consistently. Zip file attached. Answers inline below. S Sysnative Windows Update Inactive Joined Oct 9, 2014 Posts 773 May 15, 2018 #2 Hello and welcome! It appears that the crashes are caused by your XBOX 360 Wireless Controller. Please stop using it for a while to test and report back. You could also check if there's a new driver version available.

Once you put me on the controller i was able to look up more information.
