hiya Bluescreen team I'm hoping you can help me here with a system I built and I gave extensive testing on a vanilla install of windows 7 64 bit, but now it's with the customer he has installed some of his own devices and is getting intermittent bluescreen crashes.

I can see from all the .dmp files read in debugger that its a 9f driver state power failure.

I am also confident this is a driver problem and would really appreciate some help from you Bluescreen Gurus

attached are the .dmp files with griffs analyser folder which includes the perfmon html.
View attachment Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2.zip
View attachment Patricks dmp files.zip

The system is ;-
i7 3770K 3.5ghz Ivybridge
MSI Z77A-G43 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 motherboard
GSkill Ripjaws Z Series 1600 CL 9.0 16GB (4x 4GB, DDR3, Quad Channel, F3-12800CL9Q-16GBZL
Corsair Hydro Series H70 CORE liquid CPU cooler
Verbatim 120Gb Store n Go 2.5" SSD - SATA III
WD 1TB Green Desktop Drive
NZXT Source 210 White Gaming Chassis 120mm Fan
Octigen 500W Power Supply

I look forward to any help you can offer :confused2:

This is also posted on Tech Support forum but I have brought it here for more opinions.

The first suggestion from writhziden on Tech Support forum is that the install is missing the Intel Smart Connect Technology driver which I have asked the user to install, but I suspect It more likely to be older mouse drivers he installed after I gave him the system or possibly the SONAS wireless wifi system he also uses ?

I beleive its significant that I gave his system extensive testing before delivery and it never once had any issue or Bluescreen crash including resuming from sleep so cant help feeling its a third party driver installed after delivery on the 16th January 2013.

Anyways those are only theories of mine and given I haven't solved the problem I am open to and would welcome any other help offered :thud:

hiya usasma great to see you still active and thanks for your input, I can assure you the system is not overclocked in any shape or form, rams running at 1600mhz and I don't have xmp enabled. Thanks griff for your as ever detailed response, and with a view to keeping it simple I will let the user test the system with the added smart connect tech driver then try the Microsoft USB Wireless Mouse driver if its still crashing
