BSOD crash while gaming.

Hello, once in a while i get the atikmpag.sys bluescreen.

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate
64bit
Windows 7 Ultimate
OEM
Do not know.
1 year and yes, i have re-installed it multiple times.
AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50Ghz
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
ASRock 970 Extreme4
650 watt (don't know brand)
