I am having issues running SysnativeBSODCollectionApp on my Windows 10 machine.

"This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

Hello CyberNotorei and welcome to Sysnative :-)

This is probably because Windows Defender SmartScreen did not recognise the app and was protecting your PC from potential harm. There is no harm in running this app. You can change the settings to allow unrecognised apps to run by changing Choose where to get apps to Anywhere in Settings -> Apps. See below:

When you attempt to run the Sysnative app you may see the following pop-up message:
47335

Click on More Info and you will then get the following screen which will allow you to run anyway:
47336

If you don't get these options please let us know which version of W10 you are running. You may have a a version of W10 which only allows Store apps to run.

This is the message displayed when trying to launch "SysnativeBSODCollectionApp" via icon.

Windows version.

I just had another BSOD while system went idle :)

I do not have a Windows Home edition running on version 1903 so I can't reproduce this behaviour. My Windows home is on 1809 and it behaves as I showed in my earlier post. What do you see in the Settings for Apps? Is there some control that prevents the non-Microsoft Store apps from running?

In the meantime can you zip up any crash dumps that you have in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory and post them here?

Try run sysnativebsodcollectionapp with CMD

The crash dumps are pointing to the nvidia graphics driver as being the problem. Have you recently updated it or changed anything? Try removing everything related to the graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and then reinstalling just the graphics driver.

Should I install the Intel and NVIDIA graphic drivers via the manufacturer website Support For GS65 Stealth Thin 8RF | Laptops - The best gaming laptop provider | MSI Global ?

I currently use GeForce experience to install the latest NVIDIA driver whenever one comes out. MSI support said this was fine and they encourage it for optimal performance. They did recommend against updating the Intel driver via the Intel site since their version lacks the code to allow transferring between onboard and discreete.

I would start by just making changes to the nvidia driver. Uninstall nvidia including the Geforce experience and then reinstall just the driver using the version from the manufacturer website. Then see how the system behaves.

I uninstalled via DDU. GeForce Experience is also gone. I installed the NVIDIA driver from the MSI site with these options. I'll keep you guys posted.

This is a new type of crash not a driver power state failure. Difficult to pinpoint the cause but it could be memory corruption. I really need to see the full set of log files and possibly a few more crash dumps if it continues to happen. Try downloading the sysnative app again - it should not have given the 16bit error you showed earlier.

Same error message after downloading sysnative app again. I tried running Win7 compatibility as well. Doesn't work. Is there a different type of app to provide the same info?
