There is no harm in running this app. You can change the settings to allow unrecognised apps to run by changing Choose where to get apps to Anywhere in Settings -> Apps. See below: When you attempt to run the Sysnative app you may see the following pop-up message: Click on More Info and you will then get the following screen which will allow you to run anyway: If you don't get these options please let us know which version of W10 you are running. You may have a a version of W10 which only allows Store apps to run.

My Windows home is on 1809 and it behaves as I showed in my earlier post. What do you see in the Settings for Apps? Is there some control that prevents the non-Microsoft Store apps from running? In the meantime can you zip up any crash dumps that you have in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory and post them here?

Have you recently updated it or changed anything? Try removing everything related to the graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and then reinstalling just the graphics driver.

I currently use GeForce experience to install the latest NVIDIA driver whenever one comes out. MSI support said this was fine and they encourage it for optimal performance. They did recommend against updating the Intel driver via the Intel site since their version lacks the code to allow transferring between onboard and discreete.

Uninstall nvidia including the Geforce experience and then reinstall just the driver using the version from the manufacturer website. Then see how the system behaves.

Difficult to pinpoint the cause but it could be memory corruption. I really need to see the full set of log files and possibly a few more crash dumps if it continues to happen. Try downloading the sysnative app again - it should not have given the 16bit error you showed earlier.
