Hello,

here are the requested Zips to take care of my poor laptop.

I forgot:

Windows 10 Home Edition X64 ( upgrade )
originally installed Windows 8.1 ( mabye 8.0)
hardware is maybe 4 to 5 months old

CPU
Nvidia 860m Gtx
Laptop ( Aspire VN7-791G by Acer )

Unexpected Store Exception / Critical Process Died

those were the Error names.

It mainly happened playing Witcher 3 ( but it did occur later during normal desktop use )

I have a software called "Parkcontrole" with which you can Use the full power of youre processors.
Dont know if I fiddled arround there to much and did something stupid. ( I sometimes should read more about it than just trying it, i know)

Note:

The sysnative file collector did not create automatically a zip folder in the documents folder. I did it manually afterwards.

Hi doktajohn,

Would you mind to check the following registries that are exist or not?
1. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iaStorA\Parameters\Device]
"Controller0Phy0ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy1ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy2ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy3ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy4ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy5ANEnable"=dword:00000000

2. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\iaStorA\Parameters\Device]
"OddZeroPowerEnable"=dword:00000000

You could type "regedit" in Run to locate those registries.
Be careful not to modify any values.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply!

how do I find those registrys? Just manually? Is there a folder they should be in?

Still new to this.

Hi doktajohn.

Yes, you could use the combination key of "Win key" + "R" under Windows to call out the Run Window then type "regedit" to execute the Registry Editor.
After that, please try to expand the directory tree by double clicking each directories to find the following registries. :)

1. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iaStorA\Parameters\Device]
"Controller0Phy0ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy1ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy2ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy3ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy4ANEnable"=dword:00000000
"Controller0Phy5ANEnable"=dword:00000000

2. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iaStorA\Parameters\Device]
"OddZeroPowerEnable"=dword:00000000

You might see a screen that similar to the following:
registry.PNG

Thanks.

iaStoreA does not exist, but iaStorAV or iaStorV

in iaStorAV is no folder called Device...

Greetings doktajohn ^_^,

Sorry for the delayed response. Do you still need help with this? If yes, then please respond to this thread and I would be notified via email. I will try my best to reply within 48 hours.

In case you are still facing the issues, kindly run the SysnativeFileCollectionApp and upload a freshly generated ZIP file so that I could analyse the dump files.

-Pranav
