Did the printer suddenly stop working? Is it connected directly to your system or wifi? Does it work with other systems? Can it print a test page? How old is it? I have it connected through by USB port. I have used wifi in the past. I tried to reconnect through wifi but the system requires use of the USB to reconfigure and than I get the BSOD. Does it work with other systems? The printer works with other devices. Can it print a test page? I can a test page with over devices on the network but not with my computer. How old is it? O oosherry1 New member Joined Jul 19, 2013 Posts 3 Jul 19, 2013 #4 The driver is up to date but there is an issue with this printer and Intel Series 7/C216 chipsets. I had to update my USB Intel Drivers. So far, I have printed 5 pages with no BSOD. This solution is working so far.
