[SOLVED] Blue screen of death while printing

I tried to perfmon/report but my system acts like it's going to generate the report than I get an access denied screen? Could you help me get the information you need so I can start printing again?

Hi -

I'll start processing the dumps, but in the interim, can you provide additional details about the printer problem, please?

Did the printer suddenly stop working?
Is it connected directly to your system or wifi?
Does it work with other systems?
Can it print a test page?
How old is it?
What is the manufacturer, model number?
Have you checked the printer manufacturer web site for updated drivers?

Did the printer suddenly stop working? Yes.
Is it connected directly to your system or wifi? I have it connected through by USB port. I have used wifi in the past. I tried to reconnect through wifi but the system requires use of the USB to reconfigure and than I get the BSOD.
Does it work with other systems? The printer works with other devices.
Can it print a test page? I can a test page with over devices on the network but not with my computer.
How old is it? I bought the printer Jan 2013, computer Nov 2012-.
What is the manufacturer, model number? Printer: HP Deskjet 3052A Computer: HP Pavilion m7-1015dx
Have you checked the printer manufacturer web site for updated drivers? I have checked it through the printer software which states that the driver is up to date, but I will go online to see if I can find any information there.

The driver is up to date but there is an issue with this printer and Intel Series 7/C216 chipsets. I had to update my USB Intel Drivers. So far, I have printed 5 pages with no BSOD. This solution is working so far.
