hey there!

Ran across you guys when I was helping my girlfriend's dad with his computer. He upgrade to windows 10 a few months ago and I had done something in the past to get rid of the BAD_POOL_HEADER BSOD, but it has since returned.

Here are the information and the files that you guys requested.

· OS - Windows 10
· x64
· I believe that the original OS was Windows 7
· The original OS was pre-installed
· I am not entirely sure how old the hardware is
· The update to Windows 10 was a few months ago if I remember correctly
· CPU - AMD Phenom II X6 1045T
· Video Card - AMD Radeon 5670
· MotherBoard - Dell 0GK1K2

· Power Supply - Dell 460W

· System Manufacturer
· Dell XPS 7100

· Desktop

That's the weird thing. There aren't any dumps. I've checked to make sure that the option for there to be dumps is checked. Ill take another look tonight when I make a stop by my girlfriend's house. If I remember correctly, there was no minidump folder.

I'll check again though. Thank you for your reply!

Alright, I took a second look and it turns out that the computer was set to Kernel memory dump. I changed it to Automatic memory dump. I tried to see if the bigger DMP was possibly created, but I didn't see that either. I guess for now this thread can be closed and if the BSOD happens again then hopefully a dump will be made. At that point, I will make a new thread. Thank you for your time!
