Adobe identifies this update as a regular quarterly update that provides security mitigations, feature enhancements, and bug fixes. Note, however that the updates address vulnerabilities that could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

Adobe Reader XI (11.0.04) for Windows is available here: Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows.
Adobe Reader XI (11.0.04) for Macintosh is available here: Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Macintosh.
Adobe Reader for Linux is not updated.

Note: UNcheck any pre-checked additional options presented with the update. They are not part of the software update and are completely optional.
 
Or you could just dump Adobe Reader and use Foxit reader!

-Faster program
-MUCH faster printing
-Works just as good
-About 3.5mb rather then 50mb (come on Adobe, why so big...must have all the code revisions back to the 20th century)
