AdBlock PLUS Released for Internet Explorer

Although there are some limitations, AdBlock PLUS has finally been released for Internet Explorer. For example, it currently does not support Enhanced Protected Mode of Internet Explorer 10, although that is expected to be resolved in a follow-up release. AdBlock PLUS also will not work in "Metro mode" of Internet Explorer in Windows 8 and Internet Explorer in Windows RT.
