The new Java release is Java™ SE Development Kit 7, Update 13 (JDK 7u13), with the full version string for this update release being 1.7.0_13-b20 (where "b" means "build") and the version number is 7u13. If you have uninstalled Java due to recent critical vulnerabilities and have not missed it, my suggestion is to bypass re-installing it until or unless it is needed. See Java, The Never-Ending Saga for additional information on removing or disabling Java. Download Link: Java Version 7 Update 13 Verify your version: How do I test whether Java is working on my computer? Note: UNcheck any pre-checked toolbar and/or software options presented with the update. They are not part of the software update and are completely optional.
